The Northern Youth Leadership (NYL) recently completed its successful 2024 Gana River Leadership Trip, an inspiring journey designed to empower youth through experiential learning and leadership development. Over the course of 10 days, a diverse group of young leaders from the region explored the stunning landscapes and rich ecosystems of the Gana River, while engaging in team-building activities and workshops focused on environmental stewardship.
Participants had the opportunity to connect with nature, learn valuable skills in navigation and survival, and foster a sense of community among peers. Guided by experienced mentors, youth engaged in discussions about leadership, resilience, and the importance of preserving our natural resources.
Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the trip as a transformative experience that enhanced their confidence and leadership skills. NYL is proud to support the next generation of leaders and is committed to providing more opportunities for growth and connection in the future.
