Website: Our website is usable without having to create an account and sign-in. Use of our contact us form will include the details you input at the time of submitting the form including your email (so we can get back to you), and your name that you input. This data is kept for administrative purposes. Our site does collect anonymized analytics data for the purposes of tracking site usage; this data is stored indefinitely and cannot be linked back to individuals.

Donations: If you donate to NYL, the personal information you submit on the donation form is kept for financial records, as per . At no time do we have access to your personal payment information, such as the credit card you enter at the time of your donation.

Newsletter: When you subscribe to our newsletter, you are giving permission for us to send our email newsletter to you. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email newsletter.

Illness Outbreaks

Northern Youth Leadership takes the health of our communities and risk management very seriously. During the COVID-19 pandemic, NYL was in regular contact with and followed all recommendations from the Chief Public Health Officer, including working from home, practicing physical distancing and limiting attendees to our programs. In the event of another endemic or pandemic, NYL will continue to follow recommendations and orders from the CPHO.
