Taiga Camp is for young women ages 12-17 from EVERY community in the Northwest Territories. Taiga Adventure Camp offers a camp experience in a safe outdoor environment, where you will live outdoors, learn leadership skills, make new friends and discover your many talents. Participants will camp in tents and experience camp life at a beautiful location on the Peel River approximately 30 minutes from Fort McPherson. Activities will include, fishing, preparing, smoking and drying fish, nature hikes, boat rides, crafts, and swimming.
